【8/1〜8/24】卯月梨沙 2nd写真集『幽明- Between this World and the Next -』出版記念展

2025年4月に自費出版した写真集『幽明- Between this World and the Next -』の出版記念展を開催させて頂きます。
本作は、2024年の秋にマグナム・フォト主催の写真集ワークショップに清里フォトアートミュージアム様からの推薦で参加し、制作したダミーブックを基に完成させたものです。
ワークショップで制作したダミーブックと、自費出版した写真集の両作を展示いたします。
自身のライフワークである作品『幽明』シリーズによる個展は京都では初開催となります。

“Yuumei – Between this World and the Next –”
Publication Commemoration Exhibition for Her 2nd Photobook
I am pleased to announce the publication commemoration exhibition for my second photobook, Yuumei – Between this World and the Next –, which I self-published in April 2025.
This book was developed from a photobook dummy I created during the Magnum Photos photobook workshop in autumn 2024, where I participated with the recommendation of the Kiyosato Museum of Photographic Arts.
Both the dummy book created during the workshop and the self-published edition will be exhibited.
This marks the first solo exhibition of my lifework series Yuumei to be held in Kyoto.
I warmly invite you to come and experience the work.

日々の中で出逢った違和感や心象風景に重なった景色と、自身の原体験や皮膚感覚を元に抽出した創造を混ぜ合わせて構成することで、現実と非現実、そのあわいを表現している。

I express reality, unreality, and the in-between by interweaving landscapes that overlap with discomfort and mental images encountered in daily life with creations based on my own experiences and intuition.
